There is a 30 day warranty on all our products from the date of shipment arrival if there is no manufacturer's warranty (glass parts, replacement parts, accidental damage, and surge/power damage are not covered under warranty). We cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products. Misuse of our products voids all warranties, express and implied. We will 100% guarantee any defective merchandise for 30 days from the date of arrival if there is no manufacturer's warranty.
Defective items must be sent back to us or to the manufacturer to receive a replacement. All original packaging must be included with return. Please make sure to contact us before sending back any defective merchandise for authorization. If a refund is given, it will only be for the cost of the item, and it will be given in the form of store credit. Actual shipping costs are not refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products are shipped via USPS and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to Aisle Ninety-nine within 24 hours of receiving purchase. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering of your purchase from Aisle Ninety-nine acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
